Pitaya Smoothie Love Can’t go wrong with a pink smoothie bowl! Pitaya + bananas + coconut water = cotton candy! I had a bunch of coconut water ice cubes that I threw in my vitamix with 1 frozen pitaya and 5 frozen bananas!! SO simple!
So many fruits! So little time!! I tried Golden Kiwi for the first time today!!! although it’s not as vibrant in color as the traditional green ones, I definitely prefer the smooth and sweet taste of golden kiwis. How amazing is it that a fruit plate of dragon fruit, kiwi, mango, fig, asian pear and a handful of blueberries + strawberries is all still under 400 calories! Talk about abundance!!! I could totally live off of fruits!! oh wait…. I do!
